Zoë Hutber is a BAFTA-nominated writer/director and stop motion animator based in Bristol, UK. Her graduation film Short Changed received international acclaim and screened at festivals around the world including Edinburgh International Film Festival, Animation Nights New York selection at Cannes Film Festival and was nominated for RTS Student Scotland and BAFTA Scotland Awards for Best Animation. Since the critical success of Short Changed, Zoë has directed her first independent film Toyhood, which received support from The Cosgrove Hall Film Archives and is now developing her next short film which will be shooting in 2024.
Through Zoë’s work as an animator, her credits include the TV series Tweedy and Fluff, various commercials and short films and Chicken Run 2: Dawn of the Nugget.
